Nationwide is seeking a Relationship Manager for Retirement Solutions, overseeing strategic accounts and collaborating with sponsors, advisors, and TPAs. This role emphasizes proactive relationship growth, onboarding, and client servicing to drive retirement readiness.

The position operates from a home office with substantial travel (up to 75%), and requires licenses within designated timeframes. A strong background in retirement plans and ERISA is essential.

Qualificações

• Five years in the financial services industry, with at least three years focused on retirement plans.
• Understanding of the retirement plan business and 401k/403b markets.
• Knowledge of ERISA, qualified plan design, recordkeeping, administration and plan investments.
• Ability to synthesize data to grow retention and plan in a changing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic account management for a defined list of plans (sponsor, advisor/consultant, TPAs).
• Coordinate home office support to grow and retain key relationships.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans for each client.
• Support small plan sales acquisition by positioning Nationwide services.
