Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Financial / Reimbursement Analyst for a fully remote, 12-month contract. The role supports a grant reimbursement program by reviewing invoices and documentation from 22 nonprofit and government organizations, ensuring accuracy and proper allocation of expenses.

Responsibilities include using Laserfiche to organize records, following a tick-mark method to tie expenses to invoices, identifying gaps, preparing reimbursement requests, and coordinating with the Volunteer

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing financial documentation, invoices, or supporting records for accuracy.
• Experience reconciling expenses and tying supporting documentation to specific invoice amounts.
• Experience identifying discrepancies, missing documentation, or compliance issues.
• Proficiency reviewing and managing financial documentation electronically.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Tie expenses to invoice amounts using a tick-mark methodology.
• Identify missing or insufficient support and prepare reimbursement requests.
• Upload documentation to appropriate funding folders and follow up on discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the Volunteer Services Director to resolve issues.
