Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a reimbursement professional to assist in revenue analysis for system wide programs, monitor budgets, and support audits for Medicare and Medicaid. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field and typically 3 years of reimbursement experience.

Strong Excel and MS Office skills are essential. You will work in a remote capacity with occasional onsite luncheons in Wisconsin/Illinois and no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise with Medicare and Medicaid regulations in a health care or federal intermediary setting.
• Knowledge of third party regulations and financial statement interrelationships.
• Strong initiative with high quality analytical results.
• Experience preparing and reviewing health care financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with plans and prepares revenue analysis for system wide programs, projects and services, and monitors revenue budgets and benchmarking activities.
• Assist in preparation for system wide external financial audits and Medicare/Medicaid reports.
• Prepare analyses and provide recommendations to ensure timely regulatory reviews.
