Talantir is seeking a reimbursement accountant to compile data and analyze net revenue calculations, third party cost reports, and audits for various reimbursement projects. The role involves coordinating third party cost reports and calculating monthly net revenues using contractual models from a remote location in the United States.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 3–5 years of reimbursement experience, and strong Excel/Access proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of reimbursement experience including preparation, audit or review of hospital cost reports.
• General knowledge of third party reimbursement mechanisms.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem solving skills are highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Access and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and file third party cost reports.
• Calculate and record monthly net revenues using contractual models.
• Assess reimbursement impacts of regulatory/contract changes.
• Prepare reconciliations and work papers for financial audits.
• Respond to third party audit requests.
• Maintain knowledge of reimbursement regulations.
• Analyze third party settlements and correspondence.
