Advocate Health is seeking a senior data analytics and registry leader to support quality initiatives across the enterprise. You will manage a team responsible for clinical data synthesis, reporting, and collaboration with executives to drive performance improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a healthcare-related field, 3+ years in quality/abstraction with supervisory experience, and strong data and privacy knowledge. This is a fully remote position with flexible days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field is required.
• Three years of quality, abstraction, or registry experience with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of data abstraction, reporting, and privacy standards is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to analyze internal and comparative data for system-wide quality initiatives.
• Ensure accurate data collection and timely reporting to governing entities.
• Oversee registry compliance with state and federal regulations and external accreditation standards.
