Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in quality, abstraction, registry with 1 year of supervisory experience.
• 5 years of orthopedic and/or trauma experience (OR, Med Surg, ER, ICU).
• Knowledgeable in software, data quality, data management and presentation.
• Licensure, registration and/or certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team to provide clinical synthesis, distribution and analysis of internal data.
• Oversee registry support and submission to CMS, Payor and accreditation entities.
• Develop interoperability and validation processes for abstraction and reporting.
• Lead multiple projects with minimal supervision and ensure data accuracy.
