Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a dedicated professional to manage clinical data abstraction and registry operations in a fully remote role across eligible states. You will lead data collection, validation, and reporting for enterprise-wide quality initiatives, coordinating with facility executives and clinical leaders to drive improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in healthcare, 3 years in quality/registry with at least 1 year supervisory experience, and strong analytics.

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledgeable and proficient in the use of software, data quality, data management, and presentation.
Knowledge of statutory requirements and accreditation standards by the various agencies applicable to data abstraction and reporting.
Demonstrates strong analytic skills and problem-solving ability to adequately analyze and display complex clinical data.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office or similar products to produce, display, and maintain statistical data.

Responsibilities

Manages a team to provide clinical synthesis, distribution, and analysis of internal and comparative data in support of system strategic, operational and quality projects.
Oversees development and implementation of interoperability and validity processes, ensuring data reporting tools are developed and utilized.
Directs and executes multiple, concurrent projects independent of leadership supervision.
Leads and coordinates implementation of data system software, updates, and corrections as appropriate.
