• Oversees data collection/submission for CMS, payor, and accreditation bodies.
• Coordinates interoperability and data reporting tooling, and oversees data accuracy and reporting.
• Leads multiple projects with minimal supervision and ensures timely delivery.
• Develops validation processes and audits for data abstraction accuracy.
• Supports service lines with report requirements for quality improvement activities.
• Maintains privacy, confidentiality, and consent policies for data release.
• Assists in site inspections/surveys and national accreditation efforts.
