You will collaborate with executives and leaders to translate needs into analytic and reporting plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance across registries.

The role emphasizes governance, data interoperability, and timely reporting, supporting national accreditation standards while enabling a fully remote work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in quality, abstraction, registry with 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Healthcare environment experience.
• Five years of orthopedic and/or trauma experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Leads a team to synthesize, analyze, and report internal data for system-wide quality projects.
• Ensures registry compliance with state/federal regulations and accreditation standards.
• Oversees data collection, submission, and data quality across enterprise registries.
• Develops interoperability and validation processes for data abstraction and reporting.
