Qualifications

• Three years of experience in quality, abstraction, registry with one year of supervisory experience in healthcare.
• Experience in orthopedic/trauma settings preferred (OR, Med Surg, ER, ICU).
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards for data abstraction and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to analyze and report internal and comparative data for quality projects.
• Ensure registry compliance with state/federal standards and governing entities.
• Coordinate registry data collection and submission across enterprise.
• Develop interoperability and reporting tools for data accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
