Job summary

Diversified, a global B2B events and media company headquartered in Portland, Maine, seeks a Registration Coordinator to ensure attendees have a seamless experience from registration through onsite. You will build and maintain registration sites, partner with vendors, and collaborate with event teams to drive attendance and revenue.

You will design registration pages, generate reports, support invoicing, and lead onsite operations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in an office or professional environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with registration platforms (Cvent or similar).
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and maintain multiple online event registration pages with QA.
• Collaborate with event teams and vendors on registration strategies.
• Serve as primary contact for registration questions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Generate custom registration reports and assist with invoicing and documentation.
• Manage onsite registration logistics, layouts, and staffing for events.
• Contract with local staffing agencies and oversee onsite registration operations.
• Maintain vendor relationships to ensure seamless support.
• Provide training and technical support for registration platforms and apps.
