Conference Catalysts is seeking a Registration Associate to support our growing portfolio of conferences and events. This role is remote and requires the ability to manage 50+ registration websites annually using Cvent, while maintaining accurate attendee data and delivering excellent client support.

You will generate reports, assist with post-event reconciliation with Finance, and collaborate with marketing, logistics, and tech teams to ensure a seamless attendee experience.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience with event management platforms (Cvent) handling registration, reporting and payments.
• Proven success managing registrations for diverse events, from small meetings to large conferences.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas) for data analysis.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities with multiple stakeholders.
• Highly adaptable with ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Associate degree or equivalent education/experience.

Responsabilidades

• Build, test, and manage 50+ event registration websites yearly using Cvent.
• Maintain registration records, track attendee status, and update or cancel registrations.
• Serve as primary contact for registration inquiries and client communication.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc registration reports and analytics.
• Reconcile post-event data with finance for revenue reporting.
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and tech to ensure a consistent attendee experience.
• Provide on-site support including badge printing and check-in.
