Job summary

Direct Travel seeks a Registration Manager to coordinate attendee communications and manage the overall attendee experience across pre-planning, execution, and post-program responsibilities. The role partners with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to translate client needs into registration requirements and to ensure program success.

The position includes 3 days of remote work and 2 days in office per week, applicable to either location, with responsibilities spanning registration database

Responsibilities

• Understand client/attendee interests, issues, expectations, and priorities
• Manages registration database to maintain data integrity
• Produces and maintains reports and manifests as needed
• Collaborates with Program Manager and internal teams to ensure data aligns with program needs
• On-site attendee experience management if on-site
• Manages hotel room blocks, attrition deadlines, special requests
• Creates timelines for registration tasks in collaboration with the Program Manager
• Ensures quality and on-time delivery of all program deliverables
• Interacts with attendees to answer inquiries and improve attendee experience
• Leads internal registration teams and partners with client, supplier, and internal teams to support program success
