Nteractive is seeking a Registration Director to lead registration strategy, delivery, and innovation for a premier client’s event program. You will oversee attendee journeys, data processes, and operations with a focus on excellence and client partnership across the full events portfolio.

In this role you’ll guide a dedicated team of managers and coordinators, collaborate with Housing, Speaker & Content, Creative, and Production teams, and travel as needed for onsite leadership and optimization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in registration or event-technology roles, with advanced RainFocus expertise.
• Deep RainFocus expertise and familiarity with large scale enterprise event ecosystems.
• Proven experience managing long-term client relationships and complex event portfolios.
• Strong commercial acumen and supplier management experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, reporting tools and relational databases.
• Track record of leading teams and developing teams within an agency or event delivery environment.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end registration strategy for the flagship event.
• Define registration scope, milestones, and critical paths for each project, ensuring alignment with client objectives and event KPI’s.
• Lead forecasting, resourcing, planning for all registration activity in the account.
• Partner with the client and internal account team to drive innovation and consistency across cycles.
• Manage the design, build and delivery of registrations systems with quality assurance and GDPR compliance.
• Oversee onsite registration, badging, and logistics for live events; manage vendor relationships.
