United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a seasoned Event Registration Manager to lead registration strategy for the Corporate Events team, shaping attendee flows, pricing, and communications across global markets. You will drive planning, ensure compliance, and coordinate with Demand Gen, Marketing Ops, Product Marketing, and Legal to deliver a seamless experience.

Travel to onsite events is required; you will own mobile app registration integrations and reporting, and deliver weekly updates

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in event registration management for paid external and internal events.
• Proficiency with event registration software and tools to streamline processes.
• Ability to coordinate across Demand Gen, Marketing Ops, Product Marketing, Legal, and Security.
• Willingness to travel to onsite events.

Responsibilities

• Lead event registration strategy for all events the Corporate Events team handles.
• Design distinct registration experiences for different attendee types and flows.
• Document registration policies using historical data and event goals.
• Analyze large data sets with cross-functional teams to guide strategies.
• Define annual events web roadmap with design and engineering resources.
• Craft landing page copy with Copywriting and Event Lead.
• Ensure compliance with the company writing style guide across journeys.
• Coordinate with Legal and security for compliant forms and screening.
• Define and implement app-focused registration strategy for the mobile app.
• Oversee onsite registration, check-in, contingency plans, and escalation procedures.
• Manage attendee badging strategy and onsite scanning plans.
• Collaborate on data transfer between systems (Salesforce, forms, platform).
• Prepare onsite registration, reporting, and post-event analysis.
