Job summary

Unbridled, a premier event management and production agency, seeks a Registration Operations Manager to lead Registration Operations, develop people, establish standards, and ensure seamless attendee experiences across programs in Denver, St. Louis, or Grand Rapids.

You will guide Meeting Coordinators, optimize workflows, and partner with project delivery leaders to maintain quality and growth. A passion for coaching and hospitality drives success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in event registration, attendee management, meetings and events, or event technology.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring team members in a collaborative environment.
• Strong understanding of registration operations, attendee management, and event technologies.
• Experience developing operational processes, documentation, and quality standards.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Meeting Coordinators through regular feedback, mentoring, and performance management.
• Foster a collaborative, service-oriented team culture rooted in accountability, hospitality, and continuous learning.
• Support career development by identifying growth opportunities and creating individualized development plans.
• Lead onboarding and training for new Registration Operations team members.
