Job summary

Unbridled, an event management, production, and creative agency, seeks a Registration Operations Manager to lead registration programs across client initiatives. The role oversees Meeting Coordinators, develops processes, and drives consistent, high‑quality attendee experiences. Based in Denver, St.

Louis, or Grand Rapids, you will partner with leaders to ensure seamless execution. Successful candidates bring 5+ years in registration or attendee management, strong leadership, and deep knowledge

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in event registration, attendee management, meetings and events, or event technology.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring team members in a collaborative environment.
• Strong understanding of registration operations, attendee management, and event technologies.
• Experience developing operational processes, documentation, and quality standards.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Meeting Coordinators through regular feedback and performance management.
• Establish and maintain registration standards, workflows, and quality expectations across programs.
• Review plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure consistency and quality.
• Serve as escalation point for complex registration challenges and operational issues.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align registration operations with program delivery.
