Job summary

MCI USA is seeking a Registration Account Executive to lead conference registration from planning to post-event, acting as the main client liaison with internal support teams. This remote-friendly role reports to the Registration Operations Team within the Convention Division.

The position requires organizing timelines, communicating client requirements, and guiding the registration process to ensure successful event outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred but not required.
• 2+ years of Cvent registration experience.
• Availability for moderate travel (25%-30%).
• Lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client to establish event registration processes and convey to internal teams.
• Ensure accurate setup for registration delivery and QC client deliverables.
• Train call center management and agents on event functionality and delivery.
• Prepare weekly progress checkpoints and post-show reports with SWOT and recommendations.
• Develop full project plans covering onboarding, website builds, data integrations, and onsite planning.
• Coordinate event priorities and meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Exercise independent decision authority for problem resolution.
