Job summary

Direct Travel, Inc. is seeking an Event Technology Project Manager to lead registration technology programs using Cvent across in-person and virtual events. You will coordinate with clients, planners, and internal teams to translate requirements into scalable registration experiences and attendee hubs.

This role requires hands-on testing, on-site support when needed, and the ability to educate clients on available features while ensuring alignment with program goals.

Qualifications

• Experience managing event technology projects using Cvent.
• Ability to translate client requirements into effective registration solutions.
• Comfort training clients on platform capabilities and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Participates in client planning calls and technology discussions.
• Translates program requirements into registration solutions using Cvent.
• Configures and manages Cvent registration paths, items, sessions, fees, and emails.
• Builds and manages Cvent Attendee Hub experiences and agendas.
• Tests and QA registration websites and attendee experiences before launch.
• Provides on-site technology services when required and supports events as needed.
• Trains end users on Cvent and other approved platforms; shares best practices.
