Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Regional Wholesaler to sell retirement plan investment products to financial intermediaries across multiple states. The role requires frequent travel and is fully remote, with weekly field visits and team collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in 401(k) or retirement plan sales, strong presentation and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Siebel CRM. Licenses like FINRA Series 6/7/63/65 are required with time to obtain if needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in 401(k)/retirement plan business or related sales roles.
• Strong interpersonal and written skills for executive-level interactions.
• Excellent presentation skills for audiences up to 200 people.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Sell Nationwide retirement plan products through financial intermediaries to sponsors.
• Educate IPs on retirement plan business and assist at meetings.
• Support asset retention and servicing with field visits and coordination with HQ.
• Participate in field committees, conference calls, and virtual meetings.
• Maintain licenses and education requirements; stay compliant with FINRA/firm rules.
