Job summary

Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Regional Wholesaler to promote retirement plan products through financial intermediaries across a defined U.S. territory.

You will nurture relationships with advisors and IPs, educate on retirement plan offerings, and coordinate cross-selling opportunities to drive growth. The role requires field travel 3–4 days per week, licensing in FINRA, and a track record in retirement plan sales or related roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in 401(k)/retirement plan business or advisor-driven market preferred.
• Experience in investment/retirement plan distribution or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with advisors and third-party administrators to promote Nationwide products and services.
• Assist Investment Professionals to identify and market to prospects.
• Educate IPs on all aspects of retirement plan business and promote cross-selling opportunities.
