Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Regional Wholesaler to drive retirement plan product sales through intermediaries across Minnesota and neighboring states. This fully remote role requires travel 3-4 days per week and weekly overnight stays.

You will educate financial intermediaries, support IP meetings, and ensure ongoing licensing while coordinating with corporate offices. Strong presentation and relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in 401(k)/retirement plan business.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication with audiences up to 200 people.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Siebel CRM).

Responsibilities

• Sell Nationwide retirement plan investment products through financial intermediaries to sponsors.
• Educate IPs on all aspects of retirement plan business and assist at meetings with prospects.
• Assist in asset retention and servicing; conduct field visits with IPs and customers.
• Participate in field committees, company conference calls, and virtual meetings.
• Maintain required licenses and registrations within designated timeframes.
