Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Regional Wholesaler to promote retirement plan products through financial intermediaries. You will work with advisors and IPs across multiple states, coordinating with specialists and administrators to grow the retirement plan business.

Travel 3-4 days per week is required. Strong licensing, education, and five years of retirement plan experience are preferred. Fully remote role with a national coverage area.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate studies in business, finance, communications or liberal arts preferred.
• FINRA Series 6/7, Series 63, Series 65, State Life/Annuity licenses required; CLU/ChFC/FLMI/CFP/ASPPA preferred.
• Minimum five years of 401(k)/retirement plan industry experience; advisor-driven or direct sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and builds relationships with advisors and third party administrators to promote Nationwide products and services.
• Assists Investment Professionals to identify and market to prospects and educates IPs on retirement plan business.
• Coordinates with corporate staff and third-party administrators to prepare proposals, presentations and closing paperwork.
• Promotes Nationwide products and services to drive profitable growth in the territory.
• Manages territory and coordinates with other distribution systems; participates in industry conferences.
