Job summary

Nationwide Financial is seeking a Regional Wholesaler to drive retirement plan product sales through financial intermediaries across a multi-state region. This fully remote role requires travel 3-4 days per week, including 1-2 nights away, and requires ongoing FINRA licensing and state registrations.

You will educate independent professionals on retirement plan solutions, assist at client meetings, and coordinate with corporate teams to ensure accurate data and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in 401(k)/retirement plan business or related advisor-driven roles.
• Strong interpersonal and written skills to interact with company officers and brokers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Seibel/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Sell Nationwide retirement plan investment products through financial intermediaries.
• Educate IPs on all aspects of retirement plan business and assist at meetings.
• Assist in asset retention and servicing, including field visits and coordination with corporate office.
• Maintain ongoing license and designation education, FINRA requirements and company policies.
