Job summary

Nationwide Financial is seeking a Regional Wholesaler to sell retirement plan investment products via financial intermediaries to sponsors. The role covers multiple states and is fully remote, with weekly travel as a requirement.

Undergraduate education in business/finance is preferred. Licenses (FINRA Series 6/7, 63, 65, Life/Annuity) must be obtained within designated timeframes. Strong presentation and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Five years in 401(k)/retirement plan sales or advisor-driven market preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills for executive interactions.
• Excellent group presentation skills for audiences up to 200 people.
• Experience with MS Office and CRM tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Seibel).

Responsibilities

• Sell retirement plan products through financial intermediaries to sponsors.
• Educate IPs on retirement plan business and assist at meetings.
• Assist with asset retention and servicing and coordinate with corporate office.
• Maintain licenses/registrations and regulatory education.
• Participate in field committees and company conferences/virtual meetings.
