Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Regional Wholesaler for Retirement Solutions to sell retirement plan investments through financial intermediaries across MN, IA, SD, ND, WY and MT. This fully remote role requires travel 3–4 days/week and the ability to build strong relationships with advisors and sponsors.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in business or finance, FINRA licenses (6/7, 63, 65) and proven experience in 401(k) retirement plan sales.

Qualifications

• College-level mathematics, finance and investment concepts are preferred.
• FINRA licenses required; additional state licenses may be required.
• Experience in 401(k)/retirement plan sales or advisor-driven markets is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with advisors and third-party administrators.
• Educate Investment Professionals on retirement plan products and services.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for proposals and presentations.
• Promote Nationwide products and services to drive growth in the territory.
• Maintain ongoing licensing and regulatory education requirements.
