Transamerica Retirement Solutions is seeking a Regional Vice President to drive the sale of qualified retirement plans across small and mid-sized markets through financial intermediaries. You will cover an assigned territory and lead the company’s objectives as a market leader.

You will build networks with advisors, sponsors, and intermediaries, travel extensively, and contribute to strategic growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Three years of sales experience in retirement plans.
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses.
• Life and health insurance license.
• Strong understanding of retirement market and ERISA.
• Self-motivated with sales acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
• Ability to manage resources in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical skills to use modern tools.

Responsabilités

• Prospect for new clients within and assigned territory to achieve sales goals.
• Develop a network of advisors, consultants, and intermediaries focused on retirement.
• Develop plan sponsor relationships through direct meetings with key contacts.
• Participate in proactive marketing campaigns.
• Manage a territory of target prospects.
