Job summary

Transamerica is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead retirement plan sales across small to mid-sized markets. You will work with financial intermediaries and banks to drive new client acquisitions and sponsor relationships within an assigned territory.

A strong sales background in retirement solutions is essential. This role requires high travel (50%+), exceptional presentation skills, and the ability to build lasting advisor networks while meeting company goals and market leadership

Qualifications

• Three years of sales experience in the retirement plan industry.
• FINRA Series 6 & 63 licensing.
• Life & Health License required.
• In-depth understanding of the retirement market and ERISA.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients within and assigned territory to achieve sales goals.
• Develop a network of advisors, consultants, and other intermediaries in retirement.
• Develop plan sponsor relationships through direct meetings with key contacts.
• Participate in proactive marketing campaigns.
• Manage a territory of target prospects.
