Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a field-based District Sales Managers team to exceed targets and grow logos.
• Drive account plans with District Sales Managers and develop pipeline.
• Research customer priorities to understand needs and tailor solutions.
• Apply deep technical knowledge of Palo Alto Networks portfolio to solve problems.
• Forecast accurately and build territory knowledge in a matrixed organization.
• Maintain accountability for goals while adapting to setbacks and opportunities.
• Communicate with leaders at all levels, including C-suite, to build trust.
• Influence change and recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team.
