Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for vacuum product lines (Nash, Garo, Runtech) to grow revenue in the North Territory. The role is remote with up to 50% overnight travel, supporting channel partners, OEMs, and internal teams.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of outside sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong technical and communication skills to drive strategy, training, and pipeline development across multiple states.

• 5+ years of relevant product sales experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop Channel Partners to drive Nash, Garo & Runtech product sales.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement territory strategies.
• Lead sales activities and pipeline development through Channel Partners.
• Provide technical and product support to customers.
• Engage in all stages of the sales cycle including quotes and account management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for product launches and growth.
• Lead customer engagements and presentations at industry events.
• Oversee a large network of channel partners across multiple states.
