Job summary

The Toro Company seeks a Regional Business Manager to drive sales and profitability across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will lead regional plans for golf, irrigation, and turf products and build strong distributor partnerships while coordinating cross-functional teams.

You will manage a diverse portfolio, mentor sales staff, and navigate a fast-paced market, with travel about 50% to key markets and partners across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of sales & marketing experience managing business plans and P&Ls with multiple channels.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (oral and written).
• Ability to develop and execute annual business and sales account plans.
• Strong data-based analytical skills to drive programs and promotions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for complex negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales team to develop plans for each business segment and coach staff.
• Provide leadership to achieve sales and profitability goals and coordinate product plans regionally.
• Develop distributor sales programs and drive channel growth through regular visits and training.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to enter identified opportunities.
• Coordinate field issue resolution with Customer Care; support sports fields, turf, and golf markets.
• Travel approximately 50% to engage customers and distributors.
