Nice North America is seeking a Tech Support Specialist 1 in Carlsbad, CA to provide high-level technical support for Nice Audio/Power lines. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, train teammates, and contribute to knowledge base content.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, installation guidance, and collaboration with internal departments. Hours are Monday–Friday, PST, with an hourly wage range tied to experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience handling heavy inbound call volume in a technical support center.
• Experience with commercial Audio-Visual products a plus.
• Customer service experience in a technical or retail environment is helpful.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new software and hardware systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line technical support via telephone, email and live chat to customers and internal departments.
• Troubleshoot product installation and programming issues and document calls.
• Support dealers with design and installation troubleshooting and escalate when needed.
• Act as a technical brand champion and handle sales/field escalations.
• Attend training and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
