You will help manage training materials and digital content, develop new content for online tools, and track training participation and effectiveness, while traveling 50–70% to customer sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as Technician, Engineer, or Technical Trainer.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Advanced problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product, service, and sales training across the North American Aftermarket.
• Coordinate field training activities in the U.S. and collaborate with global training teams.
• Assist in managing training materials, digital content, and external training resources.
• Help organize and schedule training programs, ensuring alignment and avoiding duplication across regions.
• Contributes to the development and maintenance of training content, including digital and hands-on formats.
• Support the expansion of online training tools and learning platforms.
• Assist with responding to training requests and prioritizing them based on business needs.
• Participate in delivering product training sessions for internal teams and customers.
• Help maintain documentation of training procedures, materials, and best practices.
• Track and report on training participation and effectiveness metrics.
