Job summary

Daikin Applied Americas, a world-leading HVAC company, seeks a Boiler Regional Solutions Business Development Manager. This remote role covers MD, VA, PA, NY, and NJ and involves selling high-value Daikin McQuay solutions at the C-suite level.

You will build strategic relationships, present financially sound proposals, and guide multi-year service plans, with a strong emphasis on profitability and long-term customer partnerships. PE license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience required.
• 6–8 years of sales experience, including 4+ years of people leadership experience.
• Ability to travel.
• PE license preferred and listed as a required knowledge, skill, or ability.

Responsibilities

• Sell Daikin McQuay offerings to building owners and owner representatives at the C-suite level with strong profit margins.
• Provide solutions to business and financial challenges and establish joint planning relationships.
• Sell, renew, and expand renewable service agreements, including multi-year agreements, for new and existing customers.
• Apply financial and business acumen to build credibility and long-term customer commitment.
• Differentiate Daikin McQuay products by highlighting business benefits and competitor strategies.
• Engage legal, accounting, engineering, and project teams as needed to maximize value for customers and Daikin McQuay.
• Identify and contact prospective customers while building a strong professional network.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, including pricing, delivery estimates, and scheduling.
