Daikin Applied seeks a Boiler Regional Solutions Business Development Manager to drive sales of Daikin McQuay offerings across the Mid-Atlantic region from a remote location. You will engage C-suite buyers, develop strategic plans, and expand service agreements while coordinating with legal, finance, and engineering teams.

The role requires a engineering degree, 6–8 years of sales experience with 4+ years in leadership, travel readiness, and a PE license preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience required.
• 6 to 8 years of sales experience required, including 4+ years of people leadership experience.
• Ability to travel.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
• PE license listed as a required knowledge, skill, or ability.

Responsibilities

• Sells Daikin McQuay offerings to building owners and owner representatives at the C-suite level with strong margins.
• Demonstrates value to executives by presenting solutions to business and financial challenges.
• Renews and expands service agreements, including multi-year agreements.
• Uses financial acumen to build credibility and long-term customer commitment.
• Highlights business benefits to differentiate Daikin McQuay products from competitors.
• Engages internal teams to maximize value and secure appropriate resources.
• Identifies, targets, and initiates contact with prospective customers and networks.
• Applies sales process checkpoints, qualifies opportunities, and refers leads as needed.
• Develops and implements sales strategies including pricing, delivery estimates, and scheduling.
• Selects, prices, and integrates equipment, controls, and services for projects.
• Collaborates with project managers, legal, accounting, engineering firms, and contractors to finalize proposals and contracts.
• Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders.
