Job summary

Daikin Applied Americas is seeking a Boiler Regional Solutions Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Mid-Atlantic region, including remote work options from MD/VA/PA/NY/NJ. You will engage C-suite owners and owner representatives, build strategic relationships, and shape profitable service and equipment solutions.

This role requires 6–8 years of sales experience with leadership, a Engineering degree, and the ability to travel. PE license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years of sales experience, including 4+ years of people leadership.
• Ability to travel.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sells Daikin McQuay offerings to building owners and owner representatives at the C-suite level while achieving optimal profit margins.
• Develops and implements sales strategies, including proposal pricing, delivery estimates, scheduling, and performance-based considerations.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to develop proposals, establish contract terms, secure financing, and prepare sales agreements.
• Builds and maintains relationships with key business stakeholders.
