Job summary

Daikin Applied Americas is seeking a Boiler Regional Solutions Business Development Manager to drive sales across the Mid-Atlantic and surrounding states. This remote role targets building owners and executives, delivering value through strategic planning and innovative HVAC solutions.

You will lead proposals, pricing, and delivery estimates while coordinating with legal, accounting, and project teams to close deals and maximize profitability. Travel to client sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of sales experience required, including 4+ years of people leadership experience.
• Ability to travel.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell Daikin McQuay offerings to building owners and owner representatives at the C-suite level.
• Demonstrate value by solving business and financial challenges and establishing joint planning relationships.
• Renew and expand renewable service agreements, including multi-year contracts, for new and existing customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, establish contract terms, and secure financing.
