Job summary

Daikin Applied Americas is seeking a Boiler Regional Solutions Business Development Manager to lead growth across the Mid-Atlantic region from a remote location. You will engage C-suite stakeholders, craft value-based solutions, and drive multi-year service and equipment contracts.

You will collaborate with internal teams to design proposals, navigate contract terms, and accelerate revenue with a strong emphasis on profitability and customer satisfaction. Travel will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of sales experience with 4+ years of people leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell Daikin McQuay offerings to building owners and owner representatives at the C-suite level.
• Demonstrate business value with executives by addressing financial challenges.
• Renew and expand multi-year service agreements and contracts.
• Collaborate with legal, financial, and project teams to finalize proposals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and prospective customers.
