Zusammenfassung

Fortress Power is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to own revenue growth in a California-based territory. You will hunt and close net-new distributor, EPC, and installer accounts across residential and commercial markets, navigating multiple stakeholders to close deals.

Successful candidates bring 5+ years in technical B2B sales, equipment knowledge in PV systems and storage, and a proven hunter mindset. This remote role offers autonomy and uncapped commissions with regional travel.

Qualifikationen

5+ years in technical B2B sales or sales management.
Solar/energy storage industry experience.
Knowledge of PV systems, inverters, and battery storage.

Aufgaben

Own revenue growth in your territory. Hunt and close net-new business across distributor, EPC, and installer accounts.
Develop territory strategy and end-to-end growth plan.
Navigate multiple stakeholders in complex B2B sales, from owners to CFOs and engineers.
Drive growth across residential and commercial channels.
Provide product and sales training to partners’ teams and gather field intelligence for pricing and positioning.
