Job summary

Quincy Compressor LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Service to grow the regional service business by executing the sales strategy and leading a team across Sales, Operations and Equipment Sales. The role reports to the National Sales Manager, Service and requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and field experience.

You will travel, develop short and long-term plans, forecast results, and collaborate with marketing to launch new products while expanding existing lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years in the industrial compressor industry.
• Minimum 3 years managing teams.
• Strong English communication; ability to lead across organization.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short and long-term sales, marketing, and business development strategies.
• Grow Service Sales in the region in line with targets.
• Identify improvement areas and implement processes for sustainable results.
• Foster collaboration between Sales, Operations and Equipment Sales.
• Standardize sales processes, metrics, and KPIs; drive pipeline.
• Prepare forecasts and analyses of results.
• Coordinate regional product launches with Marketing.
• Drive customer renewal and capture new business; maintain relationships.
• Coach and train sales team members; develop talent.
• Set sales targets aligned with growth plans.
• Report on results, trends, and competition; adjust plans.
• Control expenses and optimize company assets.
• Represent Quincy at regional trade shows; lead regional meetings.
