Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Regional Service Delivery Manager to support the TSA Focus contract. The role is fully remote within the United States and reports to a Program Manager.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage project plans, budgets, and risk, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. Ideal candidates have 15+ years of leadership in large-scale IT support for government agencies, possession of a Bachelor's degree, and US citizenship to obtain DHS/TSA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 15+ years of experience or equivalent experience.
• U.S. citizenship required to obtain DHS/TSA clearance.
• Experience leading user support for a large, agency-wide IT contract serving 80K personnel.

Responsibilities

• Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and development projects.
• Manages a multidisciplinary project team and reviews progress and budgets.
• Develops mechanisms to monitor progress and intervene to solve problems.
• Oversees vendor tasks, reviews deliverables, and ensures quality standards.
• Conducts project meetings and reports on tracking and performance.
