Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Regional Service Delivery Manager (RSDM) for the TSA Focus contract. The role supports a national footprint and will be fully remote within the United States. The RSDM oversees integrated project plans, budgets, and cross‑functional teams to deliver contract milestones and new product releases.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years of leading large IT support operations, U.S. citizenship for DHS/TSA clearance, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 15 years experience leading the user support function of a large agency‑wide IT support contract that serves a user community of 80K agency personnel
• Clearance Required: US citizenship is required to attain and maintain a DHS/TSA clearance
• Bachelor's with 15+ years (or commensurate experience)

Responsibilities

• Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products in development projects.
• Manages a project team comprised of a multidisciplinary staff.
• Reviews, manages and controls status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with team members and line managers.
• Generally reports to a Program Manager.
• Defines requirements and plans project lifecycle deployment.
• Supervises professional and technical support personnel performing in their regular disciplines.
• Schedules tasks and coordinates with various team members to accomplish the results.
• Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
• Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking, analysis and reporting.
