Job summary

Ingersoll Rand seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive air treatment solutions and grow distributor/OEM business across the Southwest U.S. You will lead sales strategies, analyze markets, and collaborate with ITS, Marketing, and Product teams to maximize revenue and margins.

The role is remote with travel up to 50%, offering a pay range of $90,000–$110,000 and a comprehensive benefits package. A background in industrial sales is required or highly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of industrial sales experience are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, or business is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence in the Southwest.
• Identify new opportunities, manage channel partners, and grow distributor relationships.
• Track KPIs, forecast revenue, and report progress to ITS leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Enablement & Product Management to optimize pricing and product positioning.
• Coach and mentor channel sales teams to improve performance and effectiveness.
