Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial sales in industrial equipment or related sectors.
• Ability to develop regional sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Experience with managing distributor/channel partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand market presence and achieve sales targets in the Southwest region.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
• Follow channel visitation frequencies and maintain regular reporting for opportunities, forecasting and revenue progress.
• Track sales performance and KPIs to assess progress and identify improvements.
• Recruit and manage distribution/channel partners to expand market reach and penetration.
