Job summary

Ingersoll Rand seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive air treatment solutions across the Southwest US. You will cultivate distributors and OEM partners, develop regional sales strategies, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to grow revenue.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence in the Southwest region.
Analyze market trends and opportunities to identify growth areas and partnerships.
Regularly track KPIs and forecast revenue; manage distributor and OEM relationships.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Enablement & Product Management to optimize pricing and product strategy.
Lead and coach channel partner teams to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
