Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive air treatment sales across the Southwest, partnering with distributors and OEMs. You will apply technical knowledge of air dryers, condensate management, and related equipment to grow revenue and maintain margins.

Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, mentoring channel partners, and coordinating with Marketing and Product teams to capitalize on pricing and product opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial sales experience in industrial equipment, air treatment solutions, or related sectors.
• Experience with channel partners and distributors in the Southwest region.
• Strong ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence in the Southwest.
• Build and grow distributor and OEM relationships to increase revenue and market share.
• Track KPIs, forecast revenue, and report progress to ITS leadership.
• Recruit and mentor channel partners and sales teams to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Enablement, and Product Management on pricing and product strategy.
• Lead the regional sales team to meet revenue targets and drive new customer activity.
