Job summary

Grundfos Water Treatment USA is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for wastewater aeration products, focusing on municipal wastewater applications across the United States. You will lead a manufacturers' representative network, build strong relationships with utilities, engineers, and contractors, and drive regional growth by delivering innovative aeration solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, ideally in Mechanical or Environmental Engineering.
At least 5 years of sales experience in a related industry.
Strong knowledge of municipal wastewater treatment processes (mechanical aeration, SBR, lagoon).

Responsibilities

Manage, coach, and develop Manufacturer's Representatives to meet annual sales quotas.
Prospect and visit municipal utilities, consulting engineers, and contractors to drive new business.
Lead opportunities from early development through bidding and PO execution.
Provide technical guidance on Newterra's aeration systems for SBR, oxidation ditch, and lagoon applications.
Develop regional sales plans, forecast pipelines, identify market trends, and pursue new opportunities.
Coordinate between customers, representatives, and internal teams to ensure requirements are met.
