Job summary

CECO Environmental is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive North America thermal market expansion for Adwest, EIS, and WK emissions control equipment. This remote role requires strategic account management across EPCs and end users, with a focus on growing bookings, revenue, and market share.

You will leverage technical acumen in emission control solutions, lead complex deal cycles, and collaborate with the global sales team, traveling as needed to engage customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in selling emission control systems.
• Preferred experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Biomass/Biofuels, and Chemical facilities.
• Proven track record closing deals in highly technical sales markets.

Responsibilities

• Sell to customers and deploy strategy by understanding needs to create proposals.
• Manage the sales process: prospecting, qualifying, and positioning Thermal Emission Control solutions.
• Negotiate contracts—technical and commercial aspects.
• Lead strategic account planning to meet performance, revenue, and margin targets.
• Ensure monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals, bookings, and margin.
