Job summary

Atlas Copco Specialty Rental Division North America is seeking an Area Sales Manager - Steam (West Region). The role focuses on growing Steam rental revenue, expanding the customer base, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver solution-driven sales.

You will work in a primarily remote setup, travel within the West region, and report to the Regional Sales Manager. A strong focus on customer needs and strategic planning is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC, generators, boilers, or heat exchangers with rental/leasing background.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Expand existing and new customers within the territory for Steam rental.
• Daily calls and visits to customers across the region.
• Collaborate with technical staff for site assessments and sizing.
• Coordinate project specs with internal teams to meet timelines.
• Monitor competitors and report on opportunities.
• Develop and execute annual territory sales plans with KPI targets.
• Manage multiple opportunities and clients concurrently.
• Act as Steam SME and drive revenue growth in the region.
