Job summary

CECO Environmental is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to expand the Thermal market in North America. You will drive revenue, bookings, and market share across CECO Thermal products (Adwest, EIS, WK) with end users and EPC clients.

The position offers a remote/home-office setup with travel about 50% of the time, targeting strategic accounts and cross-selling opportunities. You will manage complex technical and commercial conversations, negotiate contracts, and align with a global sales team to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in selling Emission control systems.
• Preferred experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Biomass/Biofuels, and Chemical Facilities.
• Proven results closing deals in highly technical sales markets.

Responsibilities

• Sell to customers and deploy strategy while proposing solutions.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting to qualification and positioning.
• Negotiate technical and commercial contracts.
• Lead strategic account planning to meet performance targets.
• Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, bookings and margin.
• Analyze market and competitors to develop a differentiated offering.
• Generate new business and cross-sell to existing and new customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with end users and EPC clients.
• Maintain opportunity pipeline and CRM data in MS Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with global sales team and communicate results.
• Perform other duties of a similar nature.
